Lady Gaga had shared a first look at the upcoming crime drama (directed by Ridley Scott) when she Instagrammed a photo of her and costar Adam Driver back in March 2021. The Oscar winner captioned the snap, “Signore e Signora Gucci,” which translates to “Mr. and Mrs. Gucci.” Now the movie is finally out in theaters, and perhaps not surprisingly, it’s generating major Oscar buzz not just for Gaga and Driver, but also for supporting co-stars Al Pacino and Jared Leto. What happened to Maurizio Gucci?
Maurizio, the grandson of Gucci founder Guccio Gucci, left his wife Patrizia, whom he wed in 1972, for a younger woman in 1985.
