Fans of Disney’s Frozen would know this, obviously, as Bell voiced the character Anna–the sister to Elsa (played by Idina Menzel) and her musical partner.  But Bell’s latest tune won’t be listed on a movie soundtrack (as far as we’re aware of, anyway) as it was presented especially for famed TV writer and producer Norman Lear’s 100th birthday celebration.  In a recent post shared via Instagram, Bell reflected on her recent performance, which was a part of a larger event celebrating the life and legacy of Lear.  “What an absolute honor it was to sing for @theNormanLear at his 100th birthday,” Bell wrote in the caption. “‘100 years of music and laughter’ was the perfect title for the evening. Norman Leer [sic] is a little bit of everything. He served in the US army. He is an active philanthropist. A father. A pioneer in entertainment. But above all, he is a stellar human being.” She concluded the earnest post with a note of gratitude, “Thank you Norman for 100 years of humaning excellence.”  In the series of sweet snaps, Bell could be seen embracing Lear after dazzling him with song and dance.  The actress also shared a few photos of her outfit–a timeless black slip dress with a small cutout and patent leather handbag–for those looking for formal fall fashion inspiration. Other celebrities that attended the event include Tom Hanks, Tracee Ellis Ross, Laverne Cox, George Clooney, and many more.  Bell’s performance, along with the two-hour celebration, “Norman Lear: 100 Years of Music and Laughter,” originally aired on September 22 via ABC and is now available to stream exclusively on Hulu.  More Pop Culture:
