One of the latest TikTok trends, Nature’s Cereal, is all over our “For You” page, which consists of fresh berries, pomegranate arils and coconut water. Yes, together. The hot, must-make breakfast originated here from @natures_food: nature’s cereal ##fruit##fruits##share♬ original sound - ????Fruits & Leaves???? While at first glance this looks more like the result of a toddler experimentation created while Mommy gets up from the breakfast table to answer the phone, I do have to admit it brings a berry craving on. And you can’t deny that coconut water is refreshing.
How to Make Nature’s Cereal
While some TikTok recipes are downright weird (ramen lasagna anyone?!), this one actually looks healthy and tasty. Plus SO easy to make. To make Nature’s Cereal, simply add blueberries, blackberries pomegranate arils (and strawberries if you wish) to a bowl, then pour coconut water over the top as the liquid cereal base. That’s it. You’re done. If you have a real coconut then by all means, use the water from that, or just buy some for the same effect. Even Grammy-winning singer and TikToker Lizzo got in on the Nature’s Cereal action, enjoying hers with the addition ice cubes: Have you tried it?
